Repeat orders start at 15 pieces. Give the previous order reference or approved artwork so stock, quotation and timing can be checked again.

Supplier stock is checked for each order. If the style, colour or sizes are unavailable, an alternative needs discussion and approval. A replacement is not assumed to match the earlier garment exactly.

The usual order lead time is 3–10 days from receiving your artwork, depending on quantity. Share the date you need the shirts and the destination so dispatch and receipt timing can be agreed.

Quotations depend on the garment, quantity, artwork and print specification. Prepare those details so the work and applicable charges can be stated clearly.

Yes, for an additional charge. Send the approved names or numbers alongside the size list so the scope can be quoted.

A Thai tax invoice is available, with VAT added. State the requirement when requesting your quotation.

The full order amount must be paid before shipment. Earlier payment milestones are agreed per order; no universal deposit percentage or credit term is published.

Ask for the change to be assessed first. Stock, artwork work, quotation and timing may need reconfirmation. Keep one clearly named final version.
