Team Shirt Order Checklist: 15 Pieces and Up
Bring the garment, artwork, size quantities and required-use date into one clear brief for a team clothing quotation in Thailand.
Prepare one brief with the intended use, garment reference, quantities by size, artwork and requested date. MIREN accepts DTF orders from 15 pieces.
Define the job before choosing the shirt
Describe who will wear the garments and for what purpose: staff work, an event, a club or a merchant’s graphic project. Add a reference for the style and colours, including any requirements that are essential rather than preferences.
MIREN prepares artwork, sources ready-made garments and prints clothing. If you require custom pattern development, sewing or specialist functions, identify that separately instead of assuming it is included.
Make the quantities add up
Create a list with one row for each garment style, colour, size and design variation. Calculate the total and make one person responsible for the final version. Multiple chat messages are easy to count twice or miss.
For branches or departments, keep the breakdown alongside the combined order. Ask whether a proposed change affects garment stock, printing scope or the quotation before treating it as confirmed.
Give the real date and approval contact
Share the date the clothing must be used and the destination province. Let the printer assess availability and the work schedule; the date you request is not yet a confirmed delivery promise.
Identify who will approve the artwork and quotation. At MIREN, the full order amount must be settled before shipment. Any earlier payment milestones need agreement for the order; this does not mean every job is paid in full before production.
Before you contact a printer
- Use and garment reference
- Quantity list by style, colour and size
- Artwork and print positions
- Use date, destination and approval contact
Send your garment reference, artwork and required date so the team can check stock and confirm the job.
