How to Reorder Printed Shirts
Prepare the earlier order reference, garment details and new size quantities so a repeat order from 15 pieces can be assessed clearly.
Repeat orders start at 15 pieces. Share the earlier order reference or approved artwork so MIREN can confirm stock, pricing and timing.
Help identify the earlier job
Bring the previous order or quotation reference if available. Add a photograph of the garment and the approved artwork version you have. A photo can help identify the job, but it is not a substitute for the original print file.
Do not assume every old file or garment model remains available indefinitely. Ask what can be located and verified before treating a previous design as ready for immediate reprinting.
Check what is still available
Give the new quantity by size and colour. Supplier ranges and stock can change, so the earlier garment may not be available in all the required sizes. A proposed replacement needs fresh agreement.
Different batches or garment styles may look different even when the colour name is the same. If matching matters, explain which features are important and ask how they can be assessed before ordering.
Confirm a fresh quotation and schedule
Each repeat order, from 15 pieces, is assessed as its own job. Confirm the current unit price, delivery time and artwork preparation with the new quotation. Clarify any artwork changes alongside the garment quantity.
MIREN requires the full order amount to be paid before shipment. Keep the newly confirmed garment, artwork and size list together so a later top-up has a clear reference.
