How to Compare DTF Shirt Printing Quotes
Compare the garment, quantities, artwork, print details and delivery scope before judging two garment-printing quotations.
Compare quotations for the same garment and print specification, then check what each amount includes. A lower total is not a meaningful saving if the garment, artwork work or delivery scope differs.
Match the physical order first
Check the garment model, composition, colour and quantities by size. A quotation for one shirt style cannot be directly compared with a different blank just because both are called staff shirts.
List print locations, dimensions and design variations. Separate the shared artwork from names or numbers that change between garments. Confirm whether the quotation includes sourcing the clothing or only printing on garments supplied under a separately agreed arrangement.
Ask what is included and what needs confirmation
Check whether artwork preparation, revisions, samples, packing, taxes and transport are included, excluded or still subject to assessment. Do not infer that a short quotation includes every possible task.
MIREN quotes each order based on the garment, quantity, print dimensions and artwork preparation. Ask for those specifications to be recorded alongside the total.
Read the timing and payment conditions
Confirm the quotation version, validity, approval sequence and what happens if stock changes before confirmation. Ask which date is requested and which date has actually been agreed.
MIREN requires full payment before shipment. Earlier payment milestones are agreed for the order. Check those terms in the actual quotation instead of assuming a deposit percentage, a credit period or full prepayment before production.
