Six factors behind a DTF shirt printing quote

Compare the same job before comparing totals. Garment models, quantities, print dimensions and placements can all differ between requests. Two totals can therefore be different even when neither supplier is charging more for the same specification.

MIREN PRINT assesses each job individually, with a 15-piece minimum. Use the table to prepare a brief and check which items the quotation covers.

Describe the print size and placement

Replace descriptions such as small logo or large design with a side, dimensions and a placement reference. If you have not chosen a size, send a mock-up and explain how the shirt will be used and how far away the design needs to be read.

If artwork varies between shirts, list each variation against its size so the scope and any charges can be assessed. Adding details after approval may require a revised quote and schedule.

MIREN accepts individual names or numbers for an additional charge. Send an approved name list alongside each shirt size so the quote covers the actual variations.

A worked enquiry for 15 shirts

Suppose a team needs 15 navy T-shirts in one model. Ask for option A with an 8 cm left-chest logo and option B with the same logo plus a 24 cm back design. Use the same size breakdown in both requests so you can identify the effect of adding the back print.

Attach the two artwork files separately and state the destination province and required receipt date. The print dimensions in this example illustrate a clear brief; they still need checking against the chosen garment and actual artwork.

If the preferred shirt is out of stock, request the alternative model, composition and size chart before comparing a new total. Two garments described as navy T-shirts can have different specifications.

Check what is included in the total

Check whether the quote covers shirts, artwork preparation, all print positions and delivery. Give every supplier the same brief and read each quote's conditions.

What if quantities or the budget change?

If size collection is incomplete, identify the estimated total and the details still awaiting confirmation. Submit the final breakdown before stock and the job are confirmed. To compare quantities, request separate quotes using the same garment and print specification.

If you need to reduce the budget, review essential print positions and artwork complexity and ask for alternatives. A larger quantity does not establish an automatic discount. Compare the actual totals and conditions offered for your job.

Approve the scope and payment arrangements

Keep the garment, size list, artwork version, complete quoted total and agreed schedule together before approval. Send any specification amendment as one list so the quotation and schedule can be updated consistently.

Send the brief on LINE or to sales@miren.co.th with the coordinator and billing details. The team can assess the scope and prepare the itemised quotation for review.
