Shirt Logo Size and Placement Guide
Prepare clear front, back and sleeve references, then agree print dimensions on the actual garment before approving your artwork.
Confirm the print side, dimensions and a measurable placement reference together. A visual mockup is useful for discussion, but the final position also depends on the garment’s size, seams and available print area.
Name the view and the reference points
Specify front, back or sleeve, and make clear that left and right refer to the wearer. A left-chest mark can be misunderstood when someone looks at a flat shirt from the opposite direction. Label the reference rather than relying on an arrow alone.
Use a simple garment outline with the intended position. Include a width or height in centimetres and ask which garment feature should be used for measurement. The illustration in this guide is a planning diagram, not a promise of printable areas.
Check garment details and size differences
Pockets, seams, zips and fabric shape may limit the usable area. A print that fits one garment or size is not automatically suitable for another. Ask how the layout will be handled across the sizes in your order.
List names, numbers or branch labels that differ between shirts. Keep these variations separate from the shared design so the quantity and artwork approvals stay aligned.
Approve a defined design version
Check spelling, relative scale and each print location before approving the artwork. A mockup viewed on a screen is not a physical colour sample or a guarantee of a particular garment fit.
For MIREN, placement, print size and garment suitability are assessed per order. If there are changes after approval, ask whether the quotation or schedule also needs to be updated before work continues.
