DTF Polo Printing and Logo Placement

Check Polo plackets, pockets and seams, choose a clear logo position and send a DTF printing brief to MIREN PRINT. Orders from 15 pieces.

DTF Polo printing needs an assessment of the actual garment and print position, particularly around the placket, pockets and seams. MIREN PRINT accepts Polo work subject to that check, using its own DTF equipment in Nonthaburi. The minimum is 15 pieces per order, including reorders.

Start with the actual Polo model

Begin with front, back and close-up images of the actual Polo, plus fabric details. The team will review placket length, pockets, texture and panels alongside your artwork. An inspiration image is also a useful starting point while selecting the garment.

MIREN accepts Polo work after assessing the garment and print position. We have printed cotton and polyester, including black, white and blue. Send the model you are considering so the available logo area can be reviewed.

Check plackets, pockets and seams before DTF Polo printing

Before choosing a chest logo, identify pockets, contrasting panels and seams. Mark a proposed area on the garment image and send it to MIREN to discuss placement, dimensions and useful adjustments.

The table identifies reference images and questions to prepare. If the position is still open, send one or two alternatives together for assessment against the model and sizes in your order.

Keep the logo readable in the available space

Send the original logo with the intended width or height in centimetres. For chest wording or a company slogan, have the team review small text, fine lines and spacing at the final print size.

Identify the approved logo version for a light or dark garment. Have the brand owner confirm any artwork adjustment, and keep the selected shirt colour with the approved file for easy comparison.

Specify personal names or numbers separately from the main logo and match the wording to sizes. The final approver can check company artwork and individual spelling together.

Review placement across the order’s size range

For a range of sizes, review the area around the placket, pocket and seams. Agree whether one print size or separate size groups best suits the garment proportions before finalising the brief.

Hypothetical example: 15 Polos, split into eight M and seven L, with one chest position. Attach the garment reference and intended logo dimensions so the team can assess them with the list.

For an ongoing uniform, retain the model, colour, size chart and final placement. Reorders can start with that specification and a check of current supplier stock.

Approve the garment and artwork as one specification

Review the garment, colour, dimensions, position and size list together. If a pocket leads to moving a logo from left to right chest, record that change in the written summary.

Use a mockup to discuss scale and position. If a condition needs checking on the actual garment, explain it in the brief so the scope and timing can be assessed together.

Have the final approver check the logo version and spelling, then retain clearly named agreed files. On receipt, compare quantities, sizes and placement with that same specification.

Send a Polo brief for suitability and scheduling

Send the Polo reference and original logo on LINE with size quantities and the ready-to-use date. The team can assess the garment and position and prepare a quotation for the job.

If deciding between chest and back placement, include both alternatives and explain whether the shirts are for customer visits or an everyday uniform. That context helps select a useful viewing position.

Frequently asked questions

Does MIREN accept DTF printing on Polos?

Yes, subject to assessment of the actual garment and print position. Send the model, fabric, colour and area to be printed. Compatibility with every Polo and position is not assumed.

Where can a logo go on a Polo with a chest pocket?

The actual pocket position and dimensions need checking. You can propose space beside it or on the other side for assessment. Printing over a pocket or seam should not be assumed before review.

How should we choose a Polo chest logo size?

Send the Polo reference and artwork with your preferred dimensions or viewing distance. The team will assess the available space around the placket, pockets and seams alongside small artwork details before agreeing the size.

Must all Polo sizes use the same print dimensions?

Agree this after reviewing the size range and available area. A single size or separate groups can be considered through assessment; one layout should not automatically be assumed to fit all sizes.

What is the minimum for DTF Polo printing?

The minimum is 15 pieces per order, including reorders. Send the garment, colour, size quantities and print position for assessment before confirmation.

Which Polo reference images should I send?

Provide front, back and close-up images of the print area, plus model, fabric, colour, size quantities and intended dimensions. The team will assess the position on the actual garment.
