Company Staff Shirts with DTF Logos
Choose company staff shirts by role, logo placement and size. Plan approvals, spares and repeat orders with MIREN PRINT from 15 pieces.
Plan company staff shirts around daily roles, shirts per person and a single logo approval before choosing garments and print positions. MIREN PRINT uses its own DTF equipment in Nonthaburi, Thailand. The minimum is 15 pieces per order, including reorders, with an individual quotation for each job.

Start with staff roles and shirts per person
Before selecting company shirts, ask the wearers about office work, customer visits and frequent movement. Compare fit, ease of movement and care with the company’s visual identity. HR or procurement can collect these requirements before choosing a shared uniform.
Count actual garments, including spares. Fifteen employees needing two shirts each means 30 pieces. Allocate sizes and explain each department’s work and dress requirements in the brief.
| Role | Decision to make | Details for the brief |
|---|---|---|
| Office and admin | Daily uniform or designated team days? | Shirts per person, fit and main colour |
| Sales and client-facing staff | Where will clients see the logo? | Chest/back placement and layers worn over it |
| Operational staff | Does the job involve reaching or bending? | Actual garment, freedom of movement and workplace requirements |
| Multiple departments or branches | One shared colour or separate groups? | Groups, colours, size quantities and final approver |
Choose garments you can specify again
MIREN has printed on cotton and polyester, including black, white and blue shirts. Send the model you are considering so the team can assess fabric, seams and print position alongside the artwork.
For an ongoing uniform, retain the model, reference image and size chart. Ask staff to check the chosen model’s measurements and list spares with actual sizes. A complete specification makes comparison and later rounds easier.
MIREN sources ready-made garments from suppliers and checks models, colours, sizes and stock for each order. Send the earlier specification with a reorder so the available options can be compared.
Make logo placement work for each department
A chest logo is useful in close conversation; a back print may suit a team often seen from behind. Review placement with the layers and accessories used at work, such as staff lanyards or jackets. A flat image of an uncovered shirt will not show what those items hide.
Specify the intended design width or height in centimetres and attach a placement reference. If the order spans several sizes, agree whether the print remains one size or changes by group. Have MIREN check the actual available area; a layout that fits the largest shirt may not fit the smallest.
Keep one approved logo version, colour reference and spelling list. Identify department or branch variations explicitly. Individual employee names and numbers are available for an extra charge; provide a table matching each name or number to its garment size for quotation and approval.
Give procurement one approved specification
Uniform orders often involve a size coordinator, brand owner and budget approver. Nominate one person to combine decisions and name the approved file with the company, model and date so procurement and the printing team share one reference.
Request a company-shirt quote with the model, colour, size quantities, print dimensions and positions, plus personal wording. To compare budget options, change one feature at a time, such as removing a back print while retaining the other specifications.
Send company billing details through the contact channel and have procurement check the specification and complete quotation before approval. Include the accounting contact so document and receiving questions reach the appropriate person.
Plan spares before the next employee joins
Repeat orders start at 15 pieces. For a team adding employees over time, decide which common sizes to hold or coordinate the next round across departments. Send the proposed models and colours for MIREN to check together.
Hypothetical example: 12 employees receive one shirt each, with three spare garments, giving 15 pieces. Record actual spare sizes separately. Using only the company logo on spares makes reassignment easier.
On receipt, compare quantities, sizes, logo placement and spelling with the approved list. Retain the final artwork, garment reference, colour, print dimensions and amendments together for the next round.
Send a company-shirt brief and your required date
If the uniform is for a branch opening, meeting or launch, give the ready-to-use date and destination. The team can assess the order against the company’s plan and confirm its schedule.
Copy the brief below, complete what you know and mark remaining choices as pending. Send the original logo and garment reference through the contact page or LINE to begin the assessment.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for company staff shirts?
MIREN’s minimum is 15 pieces per order, including reorders. Send the garment, colour and size quantities for assessment before confirming.
Can a company with fewer than 15 employees order?
The minimum counts shirts rather than people. For example, 12 staff shirts plus three spares totals 15 pieces. MIREN still needs to check the garment, colour and order details.
Can each shirt have an employee name or number?
Yes, for an additional charge. Send a name or number list matched to garment sizes and check the spelling against the approved version before production.
How long do company shirts take?
The typical lead time is 3–10 days from receiving artwork, depending on quantity. Provide the required date and destination so the actual order schedule can be confirmed.
Is the same garment guaranteed for a reorder?
Supplier stock and printing suitability must be checked again. Retain the previous model, colour, artwork and print dimensions for comparison. The reorder minimum is still 15 pieces.
Can the company receive a Thai tax invoice?
Yes, with VAT added. Send billing details through the contact channel and have procurement check the complete quotation before approval.
